Biography
Sleckman is an ultra Survivor fan who has never missed an episode. Born in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, Kathleen Sleckman currently works at a golf course in Illinois where she moves about selling thirsty golfers snacks and beer. She previously worked as a bartender, computer graphics artist and a plumber in the Seabees with the United States Navy. She attended St. Paul's Catholic Grade School, Manitowoc Lincoln High School and the U.W. Extension Program in Manitowoc.
Sleckman has lived in Port Hueneme, California, Pacific Beach, Washington, Agana, Guam (for military service) and Oxnard, California. She describes herself as intellectually astute, sarcastically witty and a tad bit shallow. Her hero is Max Factor as, without his invention of make-up, she would be a veritable shut-in. She believes her excellent puzzle-solving skills, athleticism, knowledge of outdoor survivor skills and ability to motivate others will help her go far on SURVIVOR.
Sleckman has never missed an episode and shared a special connection with her then boyfriend, whom she eventually married, because she used to watch Survivor while on the phone with him. Her passion for the show is evident seeing as Sleckman produced, directed and starred in five audition videos before being called to audition for Survivor Vanuatu. Although she did not become a contestant for that show, she continued to apply and her persistence paid off.
Sleckman resides in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, with her husband, Rick, their six-year-old child, Maddison, and their dog, Wilson Von Barkypants. Her birth date is August 14, 1962.

What is up with these Fan quitters! I am so mad at CBS for picking Kathleen and Chet over me or some other fan who would of done anything to stay. Both are crybaby quitters and I hope they never get asked back to any future survivor episodes. They are Lame and I am so mad that they let the Fan's team down. Because of the two of them quiting the Favs team is going to win. It is not even close. I am rooting for the Fans because the Favs have already had there chance. So I wanted the Fans to do good but the quitters have left me with little hope. I am still rooting for the underdogs.

I would love to try out for the next Survivor just to get back Manitowoc's good name. I went to school with Kathy and actually begged my mom to let her move in with us when she got kicked out of her home. Huge mistake. She's had a rough life, but that doesn't cause dumb. People here were appalled with her little homosexual conversation. She sounded like such an idiot. Well, thanks for letting me vent.

Kathy should not be allowed to attend the final show because she quit and she should not be rewarded any money or be considered part of the survivor family. Jeff use to be hard on quitters, I was surprised he was so patient and sympathetic. So what she visited exile island more than others, big deal. She QUIT! There are a lot of people that would have loved to be in her shoes, and they would have stuck it out! Shame on the casting people- why would you finally let her on when your gut said not to the other 5 or 6 times???

Forgot to add: Kathy really was entertaining, like a true Leo. I liked the "foetal position" remark - very quick and witty. I'm just having a bit of fun here and am sure that she is a sweet lady with way more courage than I. I am going to guess that the Survivor experience was an epiphany for her though her Leo pride may prevent her from admitting it, lol.

He's gotten too self-confident and it might come back to bite him. I'm wondering if he is the one who makes the big blunder Jeff talked about pre-season, because the possibility of Jason playing that fake idol just doesn't really compare to Jame's double mistake last season.... It's got to be something besides that..... lol. :)
